great place. room was excellent. the staff are very helpful. my first time in thailand/patong and phil the owner filled me in with all that i needed to know. eric, young reception guy very helpful too. he hopped on scooter to try to get me an English newspaper before my minivan took me off to phi phi islands. i will be coming back to patong and will be coming back to this hotel. across road is a decent eatery selling all you could ever want and round corner 24hr mini mart.
