Brilliant location and excellent value for money. A perfect place for a weekend away in Brighton. Walking distance from shops, beach, train station etc. Rooms well furnished and clean. Shower cubicle is a little small but not a massive problem and you can certainly cope! Would definitely stay here again.

The room was NOT what had been advertised at all. It was about 3 feet wide and 15 feet long, with just enough room to walk past the bed. I wouldn't keep my dog in that pathetic excuse for a bedroom. As I told the owner, who had the audacity to charge an extra fiver for the "booking fee" ("it said on the website"), you can put a bed in a room, but it doesn't make it a bedroom. You even had to go to the hotel next door for breakfast. I checked out a day early and slept on a friend's sofa.
