24/7 check-in is a great feature. However, check-in was confusing, and after a long journey we had to make our own beds with the provided sheets, blanket and pillowcase, which was exhausting. Bathrooms had no shelf for toiletries. Some beds lacked sockets, reading lights and fans, making the room very hot at night. There was no direct reception number, and the Hostelworld number connected me to a Berlin call centre that couldn't help.
