Bathrooms are disgusting, don’t drain water, and are full of mold. No ventilation means they are suffocating with moisture and stink. Bed sheets didn’t fit the bed. What’s the point then? Staff were entirely unhelpful and annoyed that they have to do anything for customers. Elevator was broken for days. Vending machines weren’t stocked, which is a small thing but it was the only drinking water we could bring up to our rooms. I will say, at least you had a fan in the room.
