Very disappointing and misleading. The dorm looked completely different from the pictures. The bunk bed was very old and there were no curtains, unlike what the photos suggested. The afternoon-shift receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. When we complained, the only solution she offered was to cancel our booking. We had three nights booked during the Fringe Festival, when accommodation is mostly sold out, so this was completely unreasonable and not a realistic solution.
