Wake Up Wellness Hostel is a self-service, contactless hostel and does not have a physical reception desk.

After completing your reservation, you will receive a payment link from our reception team via e-mail. Full payment is required immediately after booking. If the payment is not completed within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Online check-in is mandatory for all guests and must be completed before arrival. Our reception team will contact you with all necessary instructions, so please make sure to provide a valid e-mail address and phone number when booking.

Ideally located in the heart of Brno, Wake Up Wellness Hostel is situated directly next to the main railway station and within walking distance of the city's main attractions.

Guest rooms feature a seating area, while shared bathrooms and a fully equipped shared kitchen are available on each floor.

• Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (late check-out is possible upon prior arrangement)
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM
• Payment: Credit card payment in CZK or EUR is required before arrival.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was huge, super clean and comfortable. The only downside is that there's no way to cook because the kitchen only has a microwave.

The most horrible place I have ever been. Absolutely no responsibily for checking in guests after 9 pm. If you know you are not going to check in people smoothly stop accepting the reservations. I had to wait more than an hour for them to send me instructions for entering and getting my bed but no response at all. Eventually I had to stay in another place

All was good. Only problem was that there was no one actually working on site. Arriving late can prove difficult. But overall great hostel and location.
