Wake Up Wellness Hostel is a self-service, contactless hostel and does not have a physical reception desk.

After completing your reservation, you will receive a payment link from our reception team via e-mail. Full payment is required immediately after booking. If the payment is not completed within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Online check-in is mandatory for all guests and must be completed before arrival. Our reception team will contact you with all necessary instructions, so please make sure to provide a valid e-mail address and phone number when booking.

Ideally located in the heart of Brno, Wake Up Wellness Hostel is situated directly next to the main railway station and within walking distance of the city's main attractions.

Guest rooms feature a seating area, while shared bathrooms and a fully equipped shared kitchen are available on each floor.

Hostel Policies

• Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (late check-out is possible upon prior arrangement)
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM
• Payment: Credit card payment in CZK or EUR is required before arrival.

bed bugs！ I stayed at this hostel for four nights. On my first day here, I found fleas and bed bugs on my bed. I got bitten all over my body during the night, covered in extremely itchy bumps. The next morning, I asked the host if they had any insect spray, but they said they didn’t have any at all. I had to go out and buy a bottle of bug spray by myself. For the following three nights, I sprayed my bed thoroughly before sleeping every day, and luckily I didn’t get bitte

Podvod. Nevrátili mi peníze (poté, co bylo změněno datum příjezdu u rezervace). U druhé rezervace jednostranně změnili datum příjezdu. Tvrdili, že šlo o technickou chybu. Opět odmítli vrátit peníze s odůvodněním, že nabídli náhradní ubytování. Já jsem si však zarezervoval přesně to, co jsem potřeboval; jednostranná změna rezervace představuje porušení smluvních podmínek. Tuto záležitost nahlásím příslušným úřadům. Důrazně varuji před využíváním jejich služeb. Podvodníci!!!!
