소개

Wake Up Wellness Hostel is a self-service, contactless hostel and does not have a physical reception desk.

After completing your reservation, you will receive a payment link from our reception team via e-mail. Full payment is required immediately after booking. If the payment is not completed within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Online check-in is mandatory for all guests and must be completed before arrival. Our reception team will contact you with all necessary instructions, so please make sure to provide a valid e-mail address and phone number when booking.

Ideally located in the heart of Brno, Wake Up Wellness Hostel is situated directly next to the main railway station and within walking distance of the city's main attractions.

Guest rooms feature a seating area, while shared bathrooms and a fully equipped shared kitchen are available on each floor.

Hostel Policies

• Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (late check-out is possible upon prior arrangement)
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM
• Payment: Credit card payment in CZK or EUR is required before arrival.

버스내리는곳에서 걸어서 5분? 이동하기 엄청 편했어요 ㅎㅎ 브르노는 호스텔이 프라하보다 오히려 가격대가 있더라구요. 여기 한국인 리뷰 없던데 전 완전 만족ㅋㅋㅋ 새로 리노베이션한건지 내부가 그냥 새건물임. 맞아주신 남자분이 쏘 스윗하심ㅋ 귀여우셨어요 ㅋㅋ 매트리스 푹신. 이불도 두껍고 넘 따뜻하게 잤어요 씻는곳은 층마다 2개정도. 미니바같은 키친 있고요 화장실도 1,2층 다 쓸수있어요. 개인 사물함 있어 편하고요~1층 커피는 네스프레소 머신 내린거라 맛 없어요 ㅋㅋ 그냥 맥주같은거 드시길. 어쨋든 매우매우 만족합니다!

Bad service. I arrived to the place and there was no staff in the premises. They asked to contact by whatsapp messages which I did without any response so I finally have to call to speak with someone. Once I get the call answered the man told me that my reservtion was cancelled because they were no able to charge my credit card and that they sent an email informing that. I never got that email though. Finally he told me that there was no bed available for that night‼‼ Finally I took other hostel

Bed bugs were rampant. I got a full refund but there was no sense of urgency in contacting me. They do not have a designated after hour emergency line to call. We were up all night trying to call someone with no where to sleep from 4am until 9am. Then someone finally answered. There are no employees that work on the premises at all. This made it very difficult for check in and the bed bug issue. I would recommend staying somewhere else for an easier experience.
