Wake Up Wellness Hostel is a self-service, contactless hostel and does not have a physical reception desk.

After completing your reservation, you will receive a payment link from our reception team via e-mail. Full payment is required immediately after booking. If the payment is not completed within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Online check-in is mandatory for all guests and must be completed before arrival. Our reception team will contact you with all necessary instructions, so please make sure to provide a valid e-mail address and phone number when booking.

Ideally located in the heart of Brno, Wake Up Wellness Hostel is situated directly next to the main railway station and within walking distance of the city's main attractions.

Guest rooms feature a seating area, while shared bathrooms and a fully equipped shared kitchen are available on each floor.

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (late check-out is possible upon prior arrangement)

Verschrikkelijk, er is niemand voor de receptie omdat die ook niet bestaat, de telefoon wordt niet meer opgenomen en dan sta je met een paar anderen voor de deur die ook niet binnen komen. Na 3 uur zijn we binnengekomen, waar het vervolgens vrij sfeerloos was. De anderen die in deze hostel verbleven waren niet spraakzaam. De mevrouw bij een andere receptie in Brno zei dat de bedwantsen 3 maanden geleden bestreden waren en opgeruimd waren terwijl wij na 1 nacht bedwantsen weer hadden! SLECHT HOOR

I arrived at the hostel and there was nobody except some construction guys. They had to let me in. The reception was closed. When I called the receptionist she told me that I could only check in online at 3pm. So I waited 2 hours to check ik. It was easy to check in online but it took one hour and 8 phone calls later to get all the information about which room I was staying at. I was alone in the whole building for a few hours. Everything was clean, there is a kitchen but no stove.

This hostel has a bedbug problem. From the reaction of the girl behind the reception i knew this is not new to them. Besides that its not a bad hostel at all. the bathrooms seem clean and everything looks nice. Its not a social hostel but of that’s not what your looking for then its Okay.
