The location was marvelous. Our room was very clean. The terrace is nice. It has an elevator and a dining room for all the guests. There weren’t annoying noises.

great place. helped me with extra storage. large lockers near beds. sockets nearby, so no need to worry about charging phone. unfortunately, breakfast wasn't great, not a lot of healthy choices. last thing i expected was to drink orange juice from concentrate (not fresh).

    Fabulous

The position is super central, and that's good. Ther is a nice lounge with tv and a kitchen. The rooms are very small and there is only 1 bathroom for room. That bathroom is really really small sized and quite uncomfortable. The beds are ok but the steps to go to the upper bed are very ucomfortable. It misses a little place near every bed where to place your things like a book or the mobile.

    Fabulous

Pros:The place is value for money, has decent atmosphere, rooms and offers a basic breakfast. A shoutout to the staff member who helped me check in on the 22nd night. Her recommendations and directions were spot on. Cons: Slightly far from public transport. ( close to plaza de virgen , however) Cramped and untidy bathroom.

    Very Good

    09 Jan 2020
Excellent location and great staff but the facilities need updating. Mildew in the bathroom, no shelves or counter space in the bathroom. The common area is small and the ceilings are weirdly low. Anyone can walk in the front door and go wherever they want. Seems to be a lot of transient/homeless people living there as opposed to travelers. That type of mix affects the atmosphere.

I mean. there was a bed. The staff was okay but when some people were smoking in the room they didn't really know how to deal with it. The bathrooms just weren't clean. in general I just didn't feel all that comfortable. Sam
