Cancellation Policy: 2 days before arrival.
NO SHOW: you will be charged the first night of your stay.
PARTIAL CANCELLATION: In case of partial cancellation the establishment will charge 50% of the remaining total.
Check in from 15.00PM to 23.00PM.

The rooms/beds themselves were ok. We ran into trouble because our AC was off the first night so it was SO HOT in the room, but luckily the staff turned the ac to 18 for us. The women’s bathrooms are not great. There is no ventilation and very few stalls for girls, so after a while the heat gets really bad. There was also a line for showering at one point. The bathrooms were not cleaned often enough in our opinion. Location is ok, you have to take a bus to the city center. Not very social either

Location is good near some cool neighborhoods and cafes and then a 30 mins walk to all the central tourist stuff or easy bus. Dorm was nice - no issues with bed and good lockers etc. My main gripe was how the bathrooms were - the girls bathrooms were ridiculously hot, poorly ventilated and often quite gross in the mornings there was always a queue and often no toilet paper (I saw people getting kitchen roll!). The mens bathrooms looked way nicer so maybe for men it's okay!

I booked a only women doorm, but then a men came in, I spoke with the receptionist who exused himself & put in another room, this time really a women on. But the night night there wasn't one available, so the put my in a private room, thst was quite nice. The next morning I needed to change the room again, but had to wait till the afternoon to get into the new room. The kitchen hasn't a stove, but a least an airfryer. The hostel is far from the center, with foot it's at least a 30min walk.
