Room Descriptions:

Our main residence, like almost all the properties in Budapest, is inside a quiet residential building; we're not a 5 star hotel. On the 2nd floor we have the reception, a shared kitchen and private rooms. On the 1st floor there are 2 private ensuite rooms and 3 private rooms with shared facilities, and a tea kitchen. It's small enough to have you privacy if you wish and big enough where you are not left waiting for the bathroom also won't be disturbed if you want to sleep late. If it feels like home, that's because we try to make it that way.

The apartments feature 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Facilities include a washing machine, tea and coffee maker, microwave and a refrigerator. Some of the apartments are located a 5-minute walk away from the main building. Group bookings can consist of multiple locations. Check-in is made at the main building and you will then be guided to the apartment.
Suite with Private Bathroom Featuring a private entrance, this air-conditioned suite comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchenette. The fully equipped kitchenette features a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. Rooms on the upper floors are reachable by lift. The unit offers 1 bed.
Double or Twin Room with Shared Bathroom The simply furnished rooms are decorated with bright colours. They come with a shared bathroom.
Triple Room with Shared Bathroom The simply furnished rooms are decorated with bright colours. They come with 3 single beds and a shared bathroom
Single Room The single room provides a private entrance, a wardrobe, as well as a shared bathroom featuring a shower and a hairdryer. Rooms on the upper floors are reachable by lift. The unit offers 1 bed.

Important Information ( Do not skip over these conditions and tips)


*Payment can only be made in CASH, no credit cards. Bill is settled in EUR but we will accept EUR USD GBP and HUF

* You will be charged for the room if you do not cancel your booking in 3 days before arrival

* Since there are a limited number of rooms it is essential to inform us as to your arrival time to ensure staff can give a full greeting; an email is sent which you need to reply letting us know

* We expect a polite and well mannered communication.

* We will make sure you have an enjoyable and safe stay here if you are considerate of others.

*Please do not change money in Train Station or Airport if at all possible, even though it says commission free you lose almost 20% with bad rates. Try to wait or use ATM.

*Do not pay anything in Euro without knowing the rates.

* If you are coming from the UK or Ireland, there are ATMS everywhere here; there is no need to change money at home banks with bad rates.

Please note, that we are NOT a party property. We have a quiet period from 11pm onwards every night. We encourage everyone to leave our place to discover the Budapest nightlife after 11pm. We are more than willing to recommend places to carry on festivities.
