Arenal Backpackers Resort is the 5-star property of Costa Rica. This beautiful hostel/resort has a spectacular view of the Arenal Volcano, and is just a few minutes walk from the town centre and bus stop. We have a brand new deluxe camping area! This area is covered and each tent has a double mattress, lighting, power sockets and an outside locker room.

We created an original concept that could lodge people looking for relaxing while blending in with nature. These rooms are perfect for couples or if you want to explore solo while making new friends in our property. All of them are equipped with a queen size bed with a pillowtop mattress inside colorful glass doors that makes each room very pleasant. Shared bathroom. Surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and flowers, where you can feel like inside a peaceful mountain listening to different sounds of animals during day and night. These rooms are just perfect for who loves to explore and experience the contact with nature.

Please Note: For guests traveling with children, the maximum occupancy for these rooms is two individuals (e.g., one adult and one child, or two adults). Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to occupy a room.
