The hostel is good overall, and the location is undoubtedly a big plus. However, the vibe could be much better. The design feels a bit unusual for a hostel, as the bar is open to the general public rather than being a dedicated space for hostel guests. There is no proper common area where guests can sit, relax, watch TV, or chat with fellow travellers, apart from a few seats near the reception. A big part of the hostel experience is meeting other travellers and socialising, which was missing.

My interactions with staff were quite nice, very helpful. However, it’s listed that cash was an accepted form of payment, but when I got there I was told otherwise. Additionally, my sheets and comforter had stains on them upon arrival. Broken shower head in one of the bathrooms. Overall, it’s not bad for the money you pay. But expect a lot of noise throughout the night.
