Not too bad great location the kitchen and bathrooms were small and a little poorly designed.

Great hostel in the centre of Queenstown. The check out process could be better. We checked out online and then the receptionist insisted that we checked out again on the screens. As we attempted to do this, our booking couldn’t be found (as we’d already checked out online), the receptionist then asked us to wait whilst she did it and apparently the booking was under a different name. All in all, quite time consuming.

That was my firat time staying in Lylo. Two things annoyed me the most: 1. For a day and a half their was no soap to wash hands in the gents toilet at my floor and one of the toilet stalls had no paper. It was fixed after I told that to the stuff though. Another thing that I find not ideal is closing fhe common room "Lucy" at 22:30. It drives people to talk at the narrow hallways or in the rooms and if you don't go out and disturb the other people in your room.
