The hostel was really badly managed. The bedroom and bathroom were very smelly, and dirty. They did not have a locer to store baggage near the reception. Had to heep it near the fridge.

I’m not impressed, I left to try a different hostel across town. There’s too much to say, but the state of disrepair and the lack of on site supervision made an overall unpleasant visit. The late night disturbances each night included people playing music, talking and joking loudly, and entering the room in the middle of the night with a key pad, made as an Ambulance siren, made it impossible to wake up on time.

Stayed here two years ago, and returned twice on this trip as it's not easy finding a hostel in Bucharest that's close to the airport and Danube bus link, has good facilities and also respects quiet time. That said, my sleep was disturbed two days in a row by different guests (not the fault of the hostel). The online check-in is a bit unusual, but it makes for a really simple experience if you arrive very late in the city. Well put together and super nice staff as usual.
