Our design is inspired by Caribbean colors, its natural charm, and its welcoming energy. We want you to feel right at home, with the city’s life just outside. It is a peaceful, inspiring retreat for independent travelers, slow-travelers, and digital nomads looking to connect, share good conversations, and enjoy the city, then come back to a calm, comfortable, and respectful place.
We combine comfort and good taste with a relaxed vibe. We offer an exclusive collection of just 4 cozy private rooms blending local charm with modern comforts. All rooms are equipped with powerful air conditioning and high-speed free WiFi to keep you connected.
• Choose your comfort: We feature 2 rooms with a private en-suite bathroom and 2 rooms with access to a shared external bathroom. Perfect for matching your travel style and budget.
Guests can take a refreshing dip in our outdoor jacuzzi, unwind in our lush garden, enjoy the coastal breeze in our beautifully styled common areas, or whip up their favorite meals in our fully equipped shared kitchen.
POLICIES & CONDITIONS
Cancellation policy 72 hours before arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the first night.

Check-in From 15:00 Hrs to 22:00 Hrs.
Friendly Note: We run the house with a very independent, relaxed vibe. We don't have a formal reception desk, so we just ask that you let us know your estimated arrival time in advance. This way, we can make sure we are around to hand over the keys, show you the space, and if you have any questions about the city right then, wonderful! We’d love to help.

Reception & Self Check-in
• Since we promote an independent environment, we coordinate directly with your arrival time up until 22:00 Hrs. During high season and specific high-demand weekends, we offer night reception.
• if you plan to arrive after 22:00 Hrs, please let us know beforehand so we can provide the instructions for our self check-in system (key card access).
Check-out Until 11:00 AM.
Payments Payment upon arrival in cash, credit, or debit cards. The property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
Taxes Included.
House rules
• There is no curfew; we simply ask guests to be mindful of others’ rest (especially in common areas).
• No pets allowed (we already have our own sweet little house cat 🐾).
• Children are welcome only when staying with their parents.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms; please use the designated outdoor smoking areas.
