Savage Property Terms & Policies:

1) Check in from 14:00
2) Check out before 12:00
3) Reception is open 24 hours
4) Payment on Arrival: Cash (Thai Baht only), all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards are accepted.
5) A damage deposit of 1,000 thb is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
6) Cancellation or amendment must be made 1 day in advance before arrival. Cancellation prior to 1 day before arrival will result in a full refund. Cancellation made less than 1 day prior to arrival will be charged the 15% deposit. No-shows will be charged the 15% deposit.
7) All cancellation and amendment requests must be made by the guest through their Hostelworld account.
8) Breakfast is not included in the room rate.
9) No smoking in rooms nor dorms nor interior building areas, however we have open air smoking areas.
10) We only accept guests the age of 16 years old or more.
11) Pets are not allowed
