Xin Chao! Minh welcomes you to Haemer Villa in Hoi An - your cozy home away from home.

We are a friendly hostel with a laid-back atmosphere in which you can relax with your friends or meet other like-minded travelers from across the world.

We are just 15 minutes from the city's heart but our location close to the green, lush ricefields provides a rural feel and cool, fresh air.

Haemer Villa has shared dormitories (6 people/room). With super comfy beds, secure lockers, air conditioning, and modern en suite bathrooms with hot water showers. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and other hostel areas.

Property Policies:
1. Check-in time: 14:00pm to 23:00pm
2. Check-out time: from 06:00am to 12:00 noon
3. Cancellation policy: 2 days advance notice for free cancellation
- In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the the full amount of your reservation.
4. Payment: cash or credit card upon checking in
5. Taxes: not included
- An extra 5% tax fee is charged on arrival
6. Breakfast: not included
7. No curfew
8. No smoking in rooms, but designated area is provided
9. Child policy:
(1) Children of any age are welcome
(2) No Age Restriction but children need to book with parents/guardian into Private Room
10. Cots and Extra Beds:
(1) Cot upon request (0 - 2 years): VND200,000 per child, per night
(2) Extra bed upon request (3+ years): VND300,000 per person, per night
(3) Prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and will have to be paid for separately during your stay
(4) The number of extra beds and cots allowed is dependent on the option you choose. Please check your selected option for more information
(5) All cots and extra beds are subject to availability
