Our Hostel is located in the heart of a respectful old community area of the Hanoi old quarter. Moreover we are a chill and relaxed hostel not a party hostel. If you are looking for a party, we are sorry to disappoint you. We are inspired by an electric mix of culture and ideas, Bong hostel is a stylish modern hostel located in the heart of Hanoi old quarter. The hostel serves as a cozy and convenient base for travelers to stay and share experiences from their journeys in a lingering, yet vibrant ambiance of the city. Explore the true Hanoi at your pace. Our super friendly & helpful staff will give you recommendations of the best local restaurants/bars/cafes, popular sightseeing places to visit around the city, and fun activities to do in Hanoi. We'll make sure you enjoy the most of your stay in Hanoi! You can easily commute to the Airport, Train station, and Bus station from our place. Property Policies & Conditions:
1. Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival
2. Check-in starts at 2:00 p.m. (If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage with us)
3. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
4. Reception hour is 24 hrs
5. Payment upon arrival by cash or credit card ( we charge 3% extra if you pay with by card )
6. We keep 500k deposit or passport for the room card and towel
7. Breakfast is included.
8. No smoking inside the property.
9.Pets are not allowed.
10. Unregistered guests are not allowed inside the property (accept for the lobby area)
