Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

The minimum age in shared rooms is 18 years old. In private rooms, guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult, they must present themselves.
Importantly, all minors under 18 years of age, who are not traveling with their parents, must present an AUTHENTICATED ORIGINAL PERMIT to enter the establishment.
Small breed pets are accepted. Dogs must have current vaccinations for: Rabies KC (kennel cough) BHPPI which are Parvo, Distemper, Hepatitis. In addition, they must wear a muzzle when they are in the common areas of the hotel.
