Property Terms & Policies:

1. Check-in: 14:00 – 20:00
Please inform us in advance if you will arrive after 20:00 (self check-in available)
2. Check-out: before 11:00
3. Reception hours: 07:30 – 20:00
4. Payment on arrival: cash only
5. Cancellation policy: at least 24 hours before arrival
6. Breakfast is not included
7. No smoking inside the rooms. A smoking area is available in front of the building
8. Guests must be 18 years old or older
9. A deposit of 300 THB per guest is required for keys and towels (refundable at check-out)
10. Visitors are not allowed inside the building at night (19:00 – 07:30) to ensure a quiet and comfortable environment for all guests
11. Air conditioning is turned off daily from 11:00 to 14:00
