The hostel was very clean and well-maintained, and one of the employees (Yve) did an outstanding job. She was extremely helpful, welcoming, and clearly put a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the manager's unfriendly attitude negatively affected the overall atmosphere of the hostel. The way she interacted with staff made the environment feel uncomfortable, which is a shame, especially considering how hard the employees work.
