Cancellation policy is 31 days in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged with the full amount of the stay.
Everyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

I was just staying for the day as my flight was late at night. I arrived after 10am, and I just wanted to leave my bags before checking in. There was no information on the confirmation email advising that you should let them know the time of arrival. Make sure to send them an email advising the arrival time as there’s no reception and the manager was pretty angry and rude with me because I rang the bell and woke up his son. There’s no air conditioner in the female room for 6 only a ceiling fan.
