Raasay House Hotel is not a Hostel but we do have economy rooms. This means your can enjoy the beautiful surroundings, historic building, outdoor activities and food & drink at a more budget price. We are a relaxed and friendly place ideal for families, outdoorsy people.

Raasay House is situated on the beautiful inner Hebridean island of Raasay which lies between the Isle of Skye and the Scottish mainland. This small island location feels magically remote yet is actually very accessible. The short ferry journey from Skye takes only 20 minutes and Inverness airport is just two and a half hours away by road.

Please note that as we are a hotel we do not offer any self catering facilities. If you are on a budget and wish to cook for yourself bring a disposable BBQ and head to the beach which is only minutes away. You can, of course choose to dine in our restaurant as well.

Raasay House Hotel Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. (that’s 3pm 2 days before the day of arrival) In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards.
This property will pre-authorize your card 7 days before you arrive. The card must be chargeable without the customer being present. If the card requires the customer to be present or if we are unable to pre authorise the card that you have provided for any reason at all we reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice.

Check in from 16:00 - 20:00 (21:30 on Saturdays)
Check out before 10:00 .

Reception hours 8:00 - 20:00 (21:30 on Saturdays).

Reservations containing 4 or more rooms, reservations for stays longer than 3 nights and activity holidays are subject to deposit which will be charged shortly after booking. If you book online using a flexible rate for a long stay or a group booking your booking is subject to the 50% 8 Weeks policy.
