Terrible experience during check-in because of Luka. Arrived here after a long day, very tired, without passports. We live in Italy, and don't carry passports when in-country. Luka was EXTREMELY rude to us, accused us of being illegal aliens, was yelling at us, disrespectful towards us, threatened to call the police repeatedly. Robert was very nice and helped us after Luka finished his shift. Robert is very nice and professional. Aside from this bad experience at check-in, our stay was fine.

We showed up at noon, dropped off our bags and went out for the full day . When we came back, there were ants crawling on the bed, the floor, the walls and worst of all, our bags. We tried to remove as many as possible but they kept coming back. There was no one working that night and able to help us solve this so we had nothing we can do besides sleep with bugs or choose a new stay. We ended up booking a hotel for the night. Emailed the hostel over 24hrs ago for a refund and 0 response yet.

Two blocks from Roma Termini. Building occupies different hostels on different floors. Old building but well maintained. Shower is tight. Double bed private room with private bathroom was nice size and had a balcony. Construction on street so there is noise in the morning and during the day. I would recommend. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay. They cleaned up room everyday.
