Welcome to Akki’s hostel!

Right by the beach (50m), I created this little peace of paradise. Your home, far away from home.

I have 2 Dorms (female & mixed), a garden, water refill, free wifi, & a nice seating area, for chilling together. We offer free Tea or Coffee in the morning, made by my mom, who is the best chef in the world. Love having Puppies and People here.

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 12:00 to 23:00 .
Check out from 08:00 to 11:00 noon.
Payment upon arrival by cash only.
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 2.00 % per person per night
Breakfast not included.
No curfew.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.
Non smoking in the room. Smoking only outside
Pets are allowed on request.

L'Akki's Hostel a Trincomalee offre un'atmosfera accogliente e familiare, perfetta per viaggiatori solitari e chi cerca un ambiente rilassato. La sua posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e vicino a molti ristoranti. Gli ospiti lodano spesso lo staff cordiale e disponibile, in particolare Akki e la sua famiglia. Sebbene alcune stanze possano essere calde per la mancanza di aria condizionata, l'esperienza generale è molto positiva, offrendo un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Ostello davanti alla spiaggia, ottima posizione. Carina l'atmosfera e lo spazio fuori con tavoli e amache. Gentilissimi, la mattina è compreso te o caffè. I letti hanno le zanzariere. Unica pecca è che le stanze sono molto umide (nel nostro caso, soprattutto il bagno) e quindi non si asciugavano i vestiti/il costume in camera

Super good vibe, Akki and his mum are great but the facility and the cleaning are not great. If you care more for a cozy vibe that the place it will be a great experience!

the room smelled mouldy, the bathroom wasn’t clean, there are one million mosquitoes which made it impossible to stay in the garden. the owner only came by to collect the money, didn’t care at all about having guests. the only good thing is that it’s to the beach
