I’m satisfied almost at all, Valerie was great and very kind. If I need to find a lack, it’s the bedroom: my bed (upper in a bunk) had veeery little space (when laying down, between my face and the ceiling there were 20 cm). But I love that hostel, I will definitely go there if I go to Montreal!

The staff person was friendly, welcoming & helpful. Gave us a fan & hairdyer when requested. Unfortunately, the pictures & 8.1 stars didn’t reflect the state of the place. The place is quite rundown. The downstairs bathroom smelled bad. We weren’t aware of 2 indoor cats. Was spent as little time there as possible. The outside stairs were steep & narrow. One guest had to sleep on a couch in the main living area, and we were sorry we disturbed him as we were preparing for our departure.
