The domitory room was messy, but basically the other facilities are clean and organized. But the toilet door on the terrace is hard to be locked out. Shower hot water is week,it made me stressed a bit. WiFi is strong,no problem.

I have stayed in hostels for a ling time. I would stay again because they do offer what you need. But I do agree with the other review of a seasoned hostel reviewer. The hostel needs some love. It is worn and tired, despite it's charm. But Valerie was amazing with a lovely personality. She brought positive vibes.

Stayed here 1 night, woke up to 73 bed bug bites. My ankles, back & arms were covered. I didn’t stay the other 2 nights I had booked. Room I stayed in was way too small for 5 ppl w bags/suitcases. Could barely move around. The overall condition of the place is rough but I think it meets the needs of certain grungy traveler. $25 is so low for this location but dear mother of god I draw the line at a bed bug infestation. Ruined my time in Montreal.
