Located in the lively Opera district , just steps from the Royal Palace and Gran Vía, our newly renovated hostel offers an intimate and cozy experience right in the center of Madrid. With a total of five shared rooms and one private room, we provide a comfortable space for travellers looking to connect, explore, and rest.

Our facilities include separate male and female bathrooms, a small dining area with a microwave for light cooking, and common areas designed for both relaxation and socialising. We are open 24/7, so whether you're arriving late or heading out early, we've got you covered.

With fast Wi-Fi, a friendly atmosphere, and an unbeatable location surrounded by culture, nightlife, and local charm, ROX Madrid is your perfect base for discovering Madrid.

ROX Madrid Policy and Condition:

Cancellation policy: 14 day(s) before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Per una notte va più che bene, ma non quello che mi aspettavo: - lenzuola con peli - bagno con capelli (la pulizia non mi pare quotidiana) - avevo prenotato un letto in dormitorio misto da 6, mi è stato dato un letto in camerata da 16 - armadietti esterni alle camere (obbligatorio portarsi lucchetto, altrimenti il costo è di 10€) - check in h. 11.00 - alle 9.40 personale che entra in camera per svegliarci SUPER POSIZIONE, ma no grazie.

this honestly isnt a hostel, it's just some rooms with bunk beds in it and a very dirty shower/toilet. The 'kitchen' is just a room with a table and a microwave in it and the showera were pretty disgusting. There were also no windows but two permanent residents in our dorm, which wouldnt necessarily have been a problem if it weren't for the fact that they had like a million bags in the room&occupied all of the lockers. overall real shitty experience.

Probably would not stay hear again. The rooms did not have locks but I did feel rather safe. The rooms are tiny and crowded with stuff. Kitchen and hang out area are super small. Bathrooms were decent and I was able to get to most places in the city well
