Very good location - and it’s great to suppprt a family entreprise as opposed to a big hotel chain. Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced.

Hostel Santa Barbara was everything I wanted for one night in Madrid. It was very close to the metro stop and a good cafe.

I had a terrible experience. Photos of this room were not online .The bathroom was old and had the only window. The room itself was really dirty and had no window. The bathroom needed to be open all the time just so i had a window and I had no aircon. I was itching the whole time. The other rooms I saw were better and empty but they gave me worst room. I will never go back to this hostel again. for money is terrible. I've had better experiences in the same price range with quality and location
