The Paica

booked this for some peace & quiet & was disappointed by the noise. The windows are mesh nets so you can hear everything outside- the construction, the motorcycles that drive up & down the alley, dogs barking, cats fighting, and all the workers. You can hear this throughout the entire night & early in the morning. I was woken up at 7am every single day. I Slept awful. The room is nice, mostly clean, good value. Rain leaked from the ceiling and completely drenched my bed &me couldn’t find staff

I don’t have any issues with staff. They are amazing people. I have issues with the owner of this property: -Change misleading photos on your listing. I took photos of my room and if I compare it to the ones listed, it is nothing like it. -Hire more staff to work in your property. You have two people, old man for the mornings and lady for the afternoon shift. Both of them have no days off. Also, the check in process is unclear! One person cleaning rooms and checking in at the same time is wrong

The property was good for a place near the transit drop off to stay for the night, we got in late but were greeted warmly by staff. The road to get down was a bit treacherous in the taxi. The bedroom was big and had a comfy bed, however the property was not massively clean and there was an ant infestation which made it into our bed, which wasn’t very comfy. Cheap and did the job but definitely not luxury
