We are conveniently located just one block from the iconic La Merced Church and two blocks from the famous Santa Catalina Arch, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and the city’s main attractions.
Our reception is available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to assist you during your stay. After those hours, we offer a simple and secure self check-in system, allowing you to arrive comfortably at any time.

* Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the arrival date will not incur any charges. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
* Check-in Time: From 2:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. After these hours, guests may complete a simple and secure self check-in process.
* Check-out Time: 10:00 a.m.
* Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards upon arrival.
* Pre-Authorization: The property may pre-authorize your card prior to arrival as a guarantee for the reservation.
* Taxes: All taxes are included in the reservation rate.
