Guest House Hiroshima Mange Tak

Some of the friendliest hostel staff I've ever come across work here. A pretty good location too where most things are within 30 minutes walking distance (Peace Memorial Museum, Okonomimura, Hiroshima Castle) and some things are easily accessible by the nearby tram (Miyajima Island, Hiroshima Station). Very clean as well, as is generally the case in Japan. Only slight downside was that there wasn't many people to socialise with in the hostel, but I think that was because of the time of year.

I had a wonderful overnight stay at Guest House Mange Tak in Hiroshima. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient access to the Hiroden line, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

My first hostel in Japan! Very impressed with all the facilities and staff. One electric train (tram) ride from H station. Very easy to get around. Small meals/common area but made chatting easy. Definitely stay here again!
