Stayed 3 days. Loved it. Perfect place for rest after exploring Panajachel and surrounds each day. It's right off Santander, the main road for shops/restaurants. The alley way leading up is filled with families and shops--completely safe day & night. I recommend the cakes/pies sold by one family along the route, and the window tortilla shop directly where you turn--you'll see it. Great to have a kitchen, and the place is immaculate. Best part is the WONDERFUL STAFF! Thank you!!

We had an amazing stay at this Hostel! I was with two other friends, three total. We each had our own bed and shared our own bathroom. AC was in-unit which was such a nice surprise. The street leading into the hostel is narrow, but when we've come back at night, we did not have any sense of fear or lack of safety. Just make sure to keep an eye out for motorcycles or bikes of the community members that use it to get in and out of the neighborhood. The staff is super friendly. Would recommend!

The whole place is clean, comfy beds. It’s located down a Callejón but they will email you a video of locating it if you ask. My only complaint is that we were in room 10. Which is right by the community kitchen. I don’t think there are set quiet hours and 2/3 nights there were large groups of people in the kitchen being loud until after 11 pm, and people banging pots around at 5-6 am. I feel there should be posted quiet hours because of this, we were very annoyed.
