My experience at Enjoy Roma was very disappointing. I was given a room on the second floor, but the elevator was not working, which made it difficult for me to go up and down, especially with my luggage.On top of that, I was assigned an upper bunk bed. The room lighting was also uncomfortable, and the AC was not working properly, which made the stay even more unpleasant.I informed the staff about these issues, but unfortunately, they did not make any changes or provided any alternative.

while this hostel most definitely is on the more pricey side, especially during more busy seasons it is very nice well-maintained and was a pleasure to stay at.
