air-conditioning in our room barely worked, was 31° in our room and ac was just blowing hot air. horrible sleep. shame because everything else was good but they also had no fans...

The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Flo. The hostel is clean, beautiful, and the location is great: about 17 min from the Colosseum and 10 min from the Trevi Fountain. However, the beds were very uncomfortable. Every time someone moved, sat down or turned around, the bed made a noticeable noise, which was disturbing in the silence at night. The upper bunk also didn’t feel secure. I was disappointed there was no kitchen, especially for the price. Great location, but unfortunately not

Be careful the staircase isn't square... That says it all Cheese Pizza..4 Stars The iron works great. It was a difficult week it was super hot so polite was utilized... Polite is good.
