I think I spent 11-nights here & loved every day/night of it! The staff was very friendly & kind. The breakfasts were fantastic with local dishes. I had to leave before breakfast two of the mornings & was sad to eat somewhere else! They have a gate that is closed and locked at night, but someone always answered within seconds of hitting the button. It was clean & comfortable. I loved the proximity to the greenway, Al-Farabi Avenue, & the mountains. Yandex picks up within a couple minutes.

One of the women was very nice and helpful. The other was very rude. I talked with one about switching to the other room I had booked and she said it was fine. Then later the other one came in and yelled at me that I shouldn’t have switched without checking in first (which I did with the other woman, but she stormed off before I could say so). Did laundry at the property and only half of it was returned. Staff helped me get some back but several things were missing Bathroom had ceuling mold
