All the staff in the hostel are so awesome and very friendly!!! They offer excellent hospitality. They took care of me anytime:-) The room is very clean and comfortable. Bath room is specious, clean and has hot water. Breakfast is deliciouse and big. I was able to be relaxed and have great time in Almaty.

I think I spent 11-nights here & loved every day/night of it! The staff was very friendly & kind. The breakfasts were fantastic with local dishes. I had to leave before breakfast two of the mornings & was sad to eat somewhere else! They have a gate that is closed and locked at night, but someone always answered within seconds of hitting the button. It was clean & comfortable. I loved the proximity to the greenway, Al-Farabi Avenue, & the mountains. Yandex picks up within a couple minutes.
