Eu já fiquei neste hostel em 2020 mas adorei voltar e descobrir que tudo continua ainda como antes foi, mas talvez o preço subiu porque eu lembro ter pagado $20 em 2020 e agora o preço é $30. Mas a comunidade lá melhorou muito desde a pandemia. :) I stayed here in 2020 and it was great to come back. I think the price has increased (from $20 to $30) but the hostel is still great and there was much more of a community feel now than during the pandemic. :)

Most everyone on staff is friendly, helpful, attentive, seek to avoid ugliness, confrontations, abd make visitors truly bien venido. At times, especially during "normal" times, 10 AM, say, no one at Reception and no simple way to contact a human tho they are NEARBY or reachable. In Spain, 1968, there was a "Sereno", nbhd security; keys to all hotels, inns. Clap loudly, he wd come, lantern, large key ring. You'd show your receipt; he'd let you in. Ándale!

I really enjpyed staying here. The atmosphere was great there was a cute area to hangout in outside and the neighborhood was safe. The vibe was great and there were a lot of interesting people from around the world. If you are in L.A recommend the rumi
