Room was extremely hot and they remotely disable the air conditioning so it cannot be turned on, even when temperatures are in the 90s. This is despite advertising AC on their listing. No soap in most of the bathrooms, so diseases can spread easily and there is no way to properly wash your hands after using the toilet. Not enough showers, and one of the showers was broken. No privacy curtain on my bed. Low ceiling so I hit my head on the ceiling. Staff were rude and annoyed to do this job.

The Rumi hostel is hostile to put it bluntly. First. The staff are not at the desk enough and management is practically absent. I as a black respected military traveler felt discriminated against by management and two French girls who were horrible. I am glad they ask me to leave because Inwoukd have sued them for a number of things that they did wrong and I’m also disabled and I don’t like the way they treated me and other disabled guests. I suggest you talk to the Owners.
