The People Hostel is located in the arty district of Belleville which features a bunch of bars and coffee shops full of young and cool people, and close to all must-see in Paris (50m from Belleville metro hub).
The property is less than 10mn from Paris historical center: Le Marais, Châtelet, République, Notre-Dame, Saint Germain des Prés and has a Direct access to all historical places (Champs Elysées, Moulin Rouge, Père Lachaise)

Overall a great experience. Next to metro stops so very convenient. Front desk reception was super kind and welcoming. Happy hour at the bar in lobby is a good deal. The higher bunk bed is so high up so if you’re scared of getting up and down the bunk it can be intimidating. Clean bathrooms and they were never too busy.

Being French, I was very reluctant to stay in a hostel in Paris and I’m so happy I did. The place is beautiful, perfectly located. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are beautiful and squeaky clean. Shoutout to dorm 601 on the roof with sick views. The bed, linens and pillows are also super comfortable. Definitely a place where I’ll look forward to staying again!
