The hostel is very clean, nothing to complain here. However, there are little to no power outlets in the room, and only one, slow charging USB outlet near the bed. The same goes for the common room, which was under construction when we were there, but bringing your own food to the temporary common room was not allowed. The staff members were not friendly and clearly not in the mood to be of any assistance. There was a lot of noise, which made sleeping impossible. Would not recommend.

I booked this Hostal at the start and at the end of my trip the first time it was OK although I accidentally left behind a pair of Birkenstock sandals that never turned up, but the second time, there were bedbugs in my bed and I got bites all over my body.when I told someone at reception, the lady helped me change rooms and told me that I could potentially get a refund.the following morning I checked out and found new bites on my arms and after trying to ask for a refund, I never got an answer.
