One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at as a solo traveler! UNPLAN Shinjuku has such a great balance of social and comfortable. There are multiple common areas and plenty of opportunities to meet people, including a bar and restaurant downstairs, plus a communal kitchen and fridge. They also have laundry, which is always a huge bonus when you’re traveling! Everything is incredibly clean, and I especially loved the women’s-only dorm. I loved my stay at UNPLAN Shinjuku. I stayed in the private room which felt like a hotel room. The daily happy hour was such a vibe and I met so many amazing people there. This was by far the highlight of my trip, couldn’t recommend more!
