I had a pretty good stay at the Hygie Pod Hostel. Surprisingly off the reviews this was much better than what I was expecting. The pods were very clean and spacious, and very secure. Pods have nice amenities and can lock from inside and outside. I would compare the bathroom and kitchen facilities to a first year college dorm. Not super clean or spacious, but that’s also a hostel. The largest constraint for this property is how they only there is only 1 bathroom for over 20 people across the pod.

The pod was broken so it couldn't close all the way. Their solution was to offer a towel to hang over the opening. Not even a partial refund.

Good for a (very) short stay only. One toilet and one shower for a 10-bed dorm is insufficient, and the cleanliness of common areas is far from ideal.
However, the dorm room has good lockers, adequate beds (individual TV included) and enough space to place (small) suitcases.
Staff is rather friendly, but indifferent to complains about guest incorrect behaviour, which was really dissapointing. The fact this hotel is inexpensive should not be a reason to allow guests doing whatever they want.
