This hostel was simply excellent, the owner was super nice and very helpful, the breakfast and service were top. the hostel is a historical building situated in the barrio italia (i thought to be the nicest neighbourhood in Santiago). this is not a party hostel, but if you want a carefree stay to relax and see the city, it is a 10/10

Felt like being at home!! Perfect location in Santiago - very secure neighborhood and close to metro, restaurants, cafes etc. Pamela (host) is soooo lovely and provides the best service and individual breakfast you can wish for in the courtyard / terrace!! Everything is clean and well maintained.

My two friends and I had an amazing stay at this hostel. First of all, not only were the rooms/bathrooms/courtyard/kitchen well-kept but the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond (great breakfast, did our laundry for small fee, bought concert tickets when I couldn't because I wasn't a Chilean resident, let us store luggage when we went to the desert for a couple of days). Pamela and Iva are the best. Location is great - next to Avenida Italia, which means restaurants, shopping and art.
