Hotel 31 is an affordable European style hotel, our central Manhattan location is near many major tourist attractions, we are within easy walking distance of the Empire State Building, Macy's district, Time Square, Madison Square Garden and the Broadway Theatre District.

Great location, and even has an elevator (it's small and still has a metal grate, which I loved). Room itself was nice - nothing fancy but had everything I needed, including a sink and TV, even a mini fridge. The bathrooms were clean and I never had to wait for one when I needed it. Staff were helpful, and this location is absolutely perfect!
