The front desk had a terrible attitude. They told me when breakfast was served but didn't tell me it wasn't included. I've stayed at many hotels where breakfast is included, but the front desk made me think breakfast was free here. I started eating in the restaurant when the staff came over and said I needed to pay 5 euros. It was a terrible experience and the food was terrible. If I had known I had to pay, I wouldn't have eaten there.

The room didn’t match the booked picture. I booked a standard room, but the room provided was a basic type. The bed frame was simple and made noise when turning over, and there were no curtains. Although it had a private bathroom, the drainage was poor when showering. I talked to the front desk, and they replied, “It is indeed a room with a private bathroom. After I showed the picture which I booked. They replied I should have ask at check-in. The room matches the photos isn’t the standard?
