Staff were so kind and welcoming! Bed was very comfy, toilets and showers were clean. Stayed in the female only dorm, there was a smaller space to lock your luggage, so my backpack wouldn’t fit but valuables would. The bigger mixed dorm appeared to have bigger lockers for luggage. Bus stops very close, but also there is a lot within walking distance including porto pi mall & a lovely rocky little cove you walk down to and see the water !

We staying in one of the private rooms, It was very spacious and exactly what we were looking for. Front desk staff was very helpful, we asked victor multiple questions about Palma and he was always willing to help us out! We really enjoyed out stay here and would recommend it to anyone.
