Lovely hotel in centre of CDMX right near the Zocalo. Dorms decent and clean. Only problem is there is no AC.and the fans are inadequate, so the dorm is very hot at night. Go here if you need a rest from Apoacho!

Boiling hot windowless rooms and they give you a thick blanket, worst kitchen I’ve ever had, female only dorm is right next to the only lounge area. WiFi was on and off in the dorm. Had to ask staff repeatedly for toilet roll in the ensuite, offered to take it up ourselves and they’d tell us no. Asked to cancel my last 2 nights and if I could have them refunded as it was >72 hours in advance, none of the staff knew, kept saying the manager wasn’t there so no answer or refund.
